Development of documentation and software
Hardware design:
- Development of Detailed Design Documentation (DDD) for automation systems (Basic and Detailed Engineering), PLC and RIO cubicles, control panels, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), drive cubicles (FRCs/frequency-controlled drives). Software products used: EPLAN, SIGRAPH, AutoCAD, etc.;
- Development of Detailed Design Documentation (DDD) for cable laying, selection of cable support structures;
- Development of Detailed Design Documentation (DDD) for instrumentation - control and measurement sensors and devices;
- Preparing assignments for technical design institutes for the development of design documentation for passing the Government Expert Review (Gosexpertiza),
Software design:
- Development of Level 1 PLC application software on Siemens (Step7, PCS7, TIA-Portal), Allen Bradley, Schneider Electric, Omron, Wonderware, Owen, Prosoft, MasterSCADA and other CODESYS-supporting systems;
- Development of application software for visualization (HMI);
- Inter-level integration of systems in development and in operation;
- Developing software-related documentation: operator's manual, programmer's manual, commissioning manual, etc.
